In an initial meeting with our experts, we will discuss the basic requirements and objectives of your project. Before exchanging sensitive information, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This creates a basis of trust for further collaboration and guarantees the protection of your ideas and data.
We will send you a questionnaire covering all relevant aspects of your project. If available, samples or other documents such as specifications, quality documents or legal requirements are reviewed and checked. The sum of all information helps us to gain a clear understanding of your needs and expectations for the end product and to provide an initial indicative price calculation. This indicative offer gives you a clear idea of the expected costs and serves as a basis for further negotiations and planning.
Depending on the product, we conduct a feasibility study or prepare the scale-up directly. We develop product-specific concepts in terms of production, safety and quality according to your requirements and realize the corresponding production.
Once development is complete, we work with you to finalize the collaboration agreement and initiate commercial production. In the meantime, we continuously monitor the quality and efficiency of the processes. Regular reports and communication will keep you informed about the progress of the project. Upon completion of production and all necessary quality checks, we will deliver your finished product in accordance with the contractually agreed delivery terms.
